All items bought on are sent fully insured, either via Royal Mail or a parcel carrier depending on the weight and value of the order.


Customers outside the UK should Contact Us for a shipping quote.

A signature will be required on all our deliveries. If a delivery cannot be made, a calling card will be left to arrange either a redelivery or details on how to collect your order.

If items arrive damaged we will send replacements but we will require you to keep the damaged item(s) and packaging which Royal Mail or the parcel carrier may ask to inspect. Items that are lost in the post will be replaced as soon as they have been confirmed as lost by the respective delivery partner. 


Returns will be accepted under the distance selling regulations. One specific exception to this is Cherished Number plates, as as soon as the transaction is complete, the purchaser becomes the legal bearer of the right to assignment immediately and this cannot be reversed.

Please ensure you notify us of any return prior to doing so, and ensure that all items are well packaged and are insured. For damaged or faulty items, we will reimburse your return postage, for unwanted items, this will be your responsibility.

All items must be returned in the same condition to which they were received.


Orders that are advised as 'special orders' that have to be ordered in, are not covered by these regulations. In some exceptional circumstance we may accept a return of a 'special order' subject to a reasonable restocking fee.
